Perched at 1,620 metres, Zermatt is the starting point for tourists heading for the Matterhorn mountain, one of the most famous peaks in the Swiss Alps.

Hello, my name is Hulrich, and I'm passionate about nature and the mountains. I'm 35 years old and I've been lucky enough to spend a large part of my life exploring the hidden wonders of Switzerland, and Zermatt in particular. It's a town I never tire of, with each visit revealing a new secret or beauty to admire. The first time I set foot in Zermatt, I was dazzled by the majesty of the Matterhorn, a mountain that dominates the landscape and seems to touch the sky.
